It is incredibly hard to manage to find out how to play. Normally, no person without a licensed EMT training would be able to find out what to do if a patient has that. It's totally normal that you cannot play it easily because nobody that isn't a professional can do it. The RTS Mod is really an EMT training process from what I've heard. I cannot help you. I seem to recall it gives some useful tips like you need to do 15 compressions, 2 breaths, etc if a patient is in a certain condition.
