no one online?

Hello,

I am pretty new to this game and don't quite know the ins and outs of it, but would like to start playing online. I go to the multiplayer option in the game but can never find a server. can anyone help?

There are several possibilities or reasons for showing no players or games.

The most common error is that you are behind a router or firewall and have no port forwarding configured. That way the multi-player packets will not come through and your server list will stay empty.

Another possible reason is the use of a mod. Not every player plays a mod and not every mod is played online. This means that, if you are using a mod other don't use, your list will stay empty.

Please note that the game has players from different country's which are most under different timezones. This means that if the time is too different, players are in bed, at school or at work for example.

For the first time last night I saw some games. But they were all full, must have been private games or something?
