I just have the regular one installed, Don't have Deluxe. If it's a Deluxe only thing then that is why I and maybe others can't find it no where. I've got the ModInstaller and the Editor Manual but not the Editor itself. Should I try downloading the game again? Or could someone be kind enough to send it out as a zip file, if possible.
