Is Emergency 4 Deluxe the same as 911 First Responders

Hi, I just got 911 First Responders and I'm on level 4. But I was wondering if the mods for emergency 4 work on 911 first responders. If you can tell me please do!

no, 911 is just a english normal version, v1.3

em4 deluxe is a version only in german, v1.3

deluxe contain 3 more mission and a freeplay map, etc.
