I consider falls BLS and minor accidents. I usally just send ALS

I would normally equip the BLS ambulance as if it was an ALS ambulance or use it as extra transport. The events in freeplay that you can use it for if you get there soon are Fall, Shock, Circulatory Collapse and maybe food poisoning? Also if someone is taken out by a rioting civilian or they are shot you can use them if you get there quick enough.
