Language Problem with la mod in emergency 4 deluxe

i recently bought emergency 4 deluxe but the hole game & la mod are in german. when i go to the CFG file i change the language "<var name="s_language" value="de" />" to "<var name="s_language" value="en" />" it translate the menu's into english and the actual game but the narrator man doesnt speak the emergency's just pop up

i have got emergency 4 (english version of 911 first responders) but wanted deluxe for more missions

2 options, one, if you have 911:FR you can use some files from that mod to translate the dispatcher, or, even better imo, search for the supervisor mod. This will replace the dispatcher(narrator) through out the entire game and all mods as this part of the game is not included in any mods, at this point.

Any updates to this, supervisor mod is only for emergency 4 NOT deluxe!
