Guest TexaSkywarn1 Posted May 23, 2010 Report Share Posted May 23, 2010 Well im a little late oh well down here our pd has a 12 week citizens police academy so pretty much u do everything the officers do in their police academy.We also have the pd explorers program that is alot more challenging but somewhat similar to the cpa.After you pass the citizens police academy you can join the citizens on patrol program which you will be trained in traffic control and accident scene control as well as being the eyes and ears of the police department.
