Is there a way to skip the annoying free play in between missions in 911 first responders.

So annoying.I hate being forced to do that free play thing before I can unlock a new mission.I'm doing one now where I have to catch arsonist, but I can't do it.I have a difficult time trying to capture thiefs while fighting criminals.

I haven't got all the missions yet.:( I still have to unlock them.:( But I want to know if there's a cheat to unlock all of them.
