In the EM4 main menu go to the modifications menu, choose LA MOD 2.0 and click load. The game will freeze for about 2 to 10 minutes (depending on your PC) and will get back to the main screen when the mod is loaded. When installing the LA MOD you can also choose to install a desktop icon that loads the LA MOD directly at start up.
