Emergency 3 EM3.exe crashes

Hello, **** emergency3 crashes always after intro. Im now with my 2 CP And i would want to know how to get it work

You have a codec problem. Please check the codecs section of the Technical Help FAQ to see if you have one of the codecs from the list on your pc. If so you should delete that codec.
