If you want to download Em4 deluxe with a few extra features and such, you have to buy it from a European download site, or pay to ship the game... This problem is nothing new here. If you take the time you spending typing all these posts and read the first page of this link, this is for anyone who has the game and has the problem where its says mod installer was not properly installed, you will have the fix to the problem. Seriously just read it already, cause I don't understand the point in posting if you do not look at the replies.
