Em3 crashes :(

Hi

i just installed em3, i installed the patch because i hadn't got the mod installer and now with the patch i have got it, i start the game , everything normal but when i for example tried to enter the tutorial it crashed when it was finishing loading :( then i installed LA mod and while loading the game crashed

it says hemos detectado un problema.....(we have detected a problem..)

then 3 options depurar(debug), no enviar(don't send) and another one that i don't remember heh

Can somebody help ?

You can always try to press debug. Can you upload a DXDIAG file and a new logfile? This logfile stops after starting the game, so it doesn't tell us anything about the errors you are experiencing.

thanks for triyng helping, but what is a DXdiag file?

No it didn't: it just detected the LA MOD was installed, just like the London mod.

The DXDIAG file is a file telling us your computer specs, you need to create it yourself by pressing start --> run --> type DXDIAG --> press enter --> save the result and ulpoad it here. For more info see the Technical Help FAQ.

From your second log file I can tell you have a codec problem. So there is no need to upload a dxdiag file anymore unless you are experiencing problems after solving the codec problem. To solve the codec problem take a look in the Technical Help FAQ for a list of codecs that are incompattible with EM3/EM4. We also offer a program that can detect damaged codecs there.

where is the list of codecs ? i tried searching in the em3>help>technical... but i don't find it

I've go simply problem: while loading mod game crash. My game also crashes after load mission...
