How to make the city seem busier

Hi all

I am just wondering is there any way to add a lot more traffic and civilians to the freeplay map of the LA MOD 2.0 for EM4, so the city looks and feels like a real busy city?? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

BUT: Increasing traffic can cause major traffic issues.

Thanks for the link. I just want to increase traffic a little bit, thats all. But just wondering is there any way to increase the amount of pedestrians and civilians in the city, there is way to little of them I think.

In the same file, there just be a thing for pedestrians as well.
