Em4 Crashes

can someone help me please

i double click on the shortcut to em4 the screen goes black and it reverts me back to the desktop and i get this error

?ERROR: The Vision engine requires support for the ARB_multitexture extension!

Please make sure you have the latest video drivers installed for your 3D card.

what it says is that your video card drivers are not up to date

but i can't know for sure if you don't upload a dxdiag file.

so please be so kind to do that

(start -> run/command line) DXdiag (press enter)

save to file, upload

you can try to find an update for you card. and try again.

if the game crashes, you will need to upload a new logfile(cause it will change next time)

oh ok thanks its prob because i reformatted my hard drive and it hasnt updated
