Guest ModMaker2009
HeheNow I have a problem... I've downloaded and installed the Mod (LA) with the new Patch, I'm trying to edit the fp_params_endless file to turn off the earthquakes and to turn up the timer between each event.I do this, but when I got to press "SAVE" it comes up as "SAVE AS" and I click ok and so on, and then I get this message:fp_params_endless already exists, do you want to replace it?I click "Yes"Then it says this:Access Is Denied. Forensics
You need to edit the security permissions on that file.I have to right click on the file, properties, security, my user account, then tick the boxes and press apply. Then it should let you save it. randomperson139
Are you using the administrator account? You could try moving the file to the desktop, editing it and then moving t back to the original location.

Then, edit what you need, and save it to either your desktop or documents. Then, cut and paste it back in the program file folder where you got it from.I had that problem too and this fixed it. Xplorer4x4
That's why XP's FTW!I believe this their should be now.Yes lets bash new advances in technology just because of one little thing. Try to disable UAC and try again.Furthermore how about letting the mods decide what needs to be locked?
