usmc123
Just curious if anyone lifts here. I enjoy it, I'm no Arnold but I enjoy the Olympic lifts, I just can't do cleans for the life of me.

Xplorer4x4
Cleans are a pita. I used to lift back in high school when I played football but the accumulation of back problems(broken L3,L4,and L5) and knee problems(lack of cartilage in my right knee from surgery) has hindered alot of physical activity for me. I liked doing skull crushers(tricep curls basically) and squats.
Guest Nick
I'm into weightlifting too, but had to take 10 months out due to a couple of bad injuries, just getting back into it.

I came into this year weak in the legs and it really screwed me over in everything except Bench and maybe Deadlift.
Rampage
I do the occasional weightlift, but i'm more propelling into my atheletics career, hoping to get sponsored by Adidas(No, it's not impossible), for my Triple Jump in the National U18 Finals for 2012.
