EOC is always actively recruiting members for recruitment into the clan. We recently did another huge clan revamp and had another round of good changes. We now offer only one type of membership. After successfully completing your probationary period you will be promoted to full member. If you would like to become a trained member to participate in hardcore dispatch games you may contact and FTO to begin your training program. Training is not required. At EOC we take pride in being a relaxed and casual EOC community. If you would like to just come around and be active in our forums and play an occasional game that's fine. ERU is a unit that plays 911:FR/EM4 with our own custom mods. We are dedicated to our members, because without you, our unit would have no purpose. This Unit also has multiple members who are volunteer/career Firefighters, EMS Personnel and Police Officers; Therefore, ERU is also dedicated to have the most realistic and true to life game play possible, as a result we use a custom mod combine with our own set of SOPs. SOPs are standard operation procedures; these are in game guidelines to help keep immersion as full as possible. Though we may strive for the most realistic game play possible, this in no way means we are willing to sacrifice fun. All of our rules, SOPs, and other guidelines are ultimately in place to help facilitate fun. Because, what would a gaming community be without fun? Here at ERU we have edited many different parts of the game to get the gaming experience realistic. We also have our own radio codes (NIMS). We also are working on a CAD system. (Computer Aided Dispatch) to give the game an even more realistic feel. We are always recruiting! It is with great pride that i announce the First Clan Summit. In the past the major clans of EM4 have hardly gotten along let alone decided to become peaceful with one another and work together to make a better gaming experience for all the emergency community. The emergency series isnt some couch huggers fps or some rpg set in mystical worlds with pandas and scantly clad females, no it is a team based strategy where one mistake can cost entire crews there lives and double the need for resources. Each clan is different in its own right, but when you enter a game room and your 3 buddies choose an emergency service ie. police, fire, ems, you know there's no more rivalries, there's the job at hand and nothing is gonna change that clan or no clan. So this meeting signifies the ending of rivalries in a game that shouldn't have EVER had rivalries and starts to form bonds of brotherhood among the highest ranks of each clan. To all clan leaders large and small we offer an invitation to the summit for you and 1 of your officers or members that you trust to help represent you. To everyone else clan or not i hope that you will support the clans in this endeavor to erase everything but friendly competition from our future and put away past issues that have scarred the clan system for everyone of the emergency community. Hello All, I thought I would use this part of the forum to pass out the word on my new GTA IV Tbogt Clan. ( Hopefully, this is legit, Sincere apologies to admins if this is forbidden) Basically, I run LCFBI, Which Stands for Liberty City Federal Bureau of Investigation. Originally, I was going to just have FBI, but became concerned that it may cause a few issues legally ( Inevitably, it would of) ANYWAY, The concept of the clan is to respond to scenarios that have been set up, and act accordingly to bring the incident to a safe conclusion. I have a lot of positions open for Agents and Special Agents, and need them filled as soon as. I also am looking for people willing to help me train to, but to get into this role, previous SWAT or Police clan experience is essential. Okay, So I was looking through the site and found a thread from March I think about a roleplay.. that was organized but got cancelled because nobody wanted to do it, and those who did.. didn't take it seriously. Since then, I haven't noticed any other posts about a RPG event, So I thought I would start one. I run a Clan already on Xbox 360 GTA IV TBOGT which is the LCFBI- www.lcfbi.co.uk So I am used to roleplaying a lot. A lobby, I believe only caters for 16 players. I was thinking something like this... Team 1- Civilian Group A Team 2- Civilian Group B Team 3- Police Team 4-Fire and Ambulance/ Rescue Team 5- FBI We would have to sort out the teams properly in a lobby, but thats what I was thinking. NOTE: You must have a mic, and Xbox Live Gold to be allowed to participate. Rules: CIVILIANS - No Firing from Vehicles - DO NOT randomly sticky another persons vehicle - Civilians can get jobs etc - Civilians must register their car - Civilians may not carry armour - Civilians may not carry more than a pistol, UNLESS they are doing a scenario which has been approved by Chief of Police, or Special Supervisory Agent of the FBI. - You cannot constantly run from police, by all means live a life of crime, but come on.. take it serious - Treat it like real life, are you really going to shoot that officer in the face? Rules: COPS - You may only use the vehicle specified by the Chief of Police. - Only 1 unmarked unit, which is to the spec of a Buffalo. - You may carry a Glock, Armour and the Police Shotgun. - The glock can be used as a firearm or a taser by shouting "TASER!" - You can only stop a vehicle if they have broken the law. - No excessive force - If the Chief of Police calls off the pursuit, you place a warrant out for the arrest, and stand down. - In the event of a stand off, contact FBI - In the event of a Hostage situation, Bomb alert, Murder, Bank Robbery, Armed Robbery etc. FBI are to alerted - Your character must wear- Torso 3, Legs 2, Any glasses, but NO hats Rules: Fire and Ambulance - Your character must wear - Torso 1, Legs 2 - Not really any rules for you guys, just BEHAVE! Rules: FBI - You will arrive to the FBI HQ in a Black Landstalker, Serrano or Huntley. - You will carry a Glock, Armour and a P90. - The same rules as the Police really. - Character must wear - Torso 4, legs 2, Any Glasses, NO hats Rules for Everyone: - No Swearing, Okay you can get away with the odd swear word, but not excessively. - No racism, or hate abuse - No infringing on the rules - The most important rule, Have Fun!
