Hello everyone. Im'm new on the forums and I'm from Argentina. I recently installed Emergency 4 and when I try to start the game, after the presentation videos, a black screen appears and turns me back to desktop. I had the same problem with EM3 but when I eliminate all videos the game works fine. I tried this with EM4 but the problem still. I saw that there's a lot of people with the same problem, and I tried a lot of possible solutions: Reinstall drivers[ I don't know if I installed them by the correct way]; change screen resolution, start as Admin, runs in compatibility mode, without firewall... but nothing works! My PC System is: AMD Semprom 2400+ (1,7Ghz) 768 MB Ram Windows XP 2002 Service Pack 3 GeForce 6200 Yes, I know that my PC is not the best, but I can play ProEvolutionSoccer 2010 without problems! I don't think that it's a Grahpics trouble, because the Editor works fine! PLease, I hope you can help me! I waited a lot for this game! Greetings from Argentina. Hey yall, So I just got my brand new computer in today. I downloaded 911 first responders from atari and tried to play it without modding anything yet. All it shows is the road lines, and the stuff on the sides like the dispatcher, truck buttons, etc. but the map has just got road lines. The rest of the map looks black or really dark. I can call out trucks and stuff like regular, I just cant see anything. I have reinstalled the game 3 times now and it does the same thing everytime. I have also tried running it as admin. Here are some of the computer specs. if you need more just let me know and how to get there. Any help is apreciated! Graphics Coprocessor - Intel HD Graphics 4000 RAM - 8 GB DDR3 Hard Drive - 1 TB Processor - 2.5 GHz Core i5-3210M Operating System - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Item model number - i15R-2105sLV What do yall think is going on? Can yall help?

Downloaded game from Amazon yesterday. Opened it and it starts as a black screen and you can hear intro music play but no graphics. Then the game crashes to the desktop. Operating on Windows 7. Dell with 1.65GHz processor. logfile.txt

Hi i downloaded this game from atari, im new to this, everything works fine, no lag, no sound issues, just when i load a freeplay or start a campagin game the screen is black. parts of roads and objects can be seen but everything is black, i do not get kicked out or anything, i do not know whats going on, any help please:)? my specs: asus laptop runing windows 7 64 bit, intel core i3 @ 2.20 ghz, 4gb ram
