Persons don't appear in vehicle menu

They just don't have icons but when you buy the vehicle they are in it or the game simple doesn't spawn them at all? By the way there are two "<<" in the fourth line of your personnel unit file. -

if the right role is set, and you want it to be in a vehicle when you call it off map you have to put it's Unit ID in the vehicles UNIT file, and in your portraits file too (located in "your mods folder/specs") e.g.: \Mods\Chicago Fire Mod\Specs
