Hi I installed patch 7 to my gta IV , after that i downlaoded LCPD FR mod version 0.90e but when i want to install it, during the installation says: Error opening file for writing: C:\Programe Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Scripts\FirstResponse.net.dll How can i fix that? I'm starting to think that the worldcup is fixed Spain lost with switerland and now is the best Germany played really good against Argentina and with Spain they played bad. Spain didn't play very good with Paraguay and they won the match with Holland Don't know, maybe it is fixed or maybe is just luck

That problem was because i didn't have the LAng files: -freeplay.xml ( and dfreeplay.xml for deluxe) -portraits.xml Check if you have them BTW: That car looks good, maybe i add it in next version
