  1. I understand that it adds a challenge, though it kills the realism. That's the bane of all emergency service games. However it would be nice to at least have the ability to change the outfits on firefighters so you could split an engine crew and have some performing rescue while the other contain the fire from a safe perimeter.

  3. it has it's moments if you buy it and leave it in the harbor, it can beat the firetrucks to most incidents in it's range.
  4. Here are some new screens: LA Units establish a firebreak along a road Units arrivng on scene and fighting a container fire between fuel tanks and a warehouse at a pier. Eventually, third due engine arrives on scene and helps knock down the blaze ( Police out of frame maintaing a large perimeter)
  5. I have one last thing to suggest for this next version b/c it's been bugging me since Emergency: Fighters for life. Can the equipment restrictions on the firemen be lifted or altered so that an ABC Firefighter can pickup a hose and fight a fire without risk of contamination, and along those line will there be other change clothes commands for the Firefighters? I just hate going to a scene and having all my firefighters either suffering contamination or sitting back and watch something burn. I know I proposed stuff about this earlier on page 70. Of course you are the master modder and busy with the new missions so I understand if they don't fit into your master scheme.
  6. I've been cruising around here for quite a while now and I always feel bad that I don't have the major skills required for mods. I've also been impressed at how much work just a few people have done for this community. It then dawned on me that I had a skill....... I'm a music major with all the programs and knowledge to edit,create and convert sound files. Also realising we really don't have a database of people and their skills I'd figure I'd start one so here it is, and If you need help with any audio just ask.
  7. Just to clarify Stan, is what I asked/ suggested about the trailers a possible thing or were you referring to just to the directional lights?
  8. Playing around with 911:FR first of all I have to say this mod is what made me download the game, and thank you for all of your hard work this is awesome. Secondly, the equipment trailers, I was wondering if they could be made more useful by making them serve extra functions. Like you could have one trailer be capable of deploying an Incident comand tent . It could have dispatch commands and maybe the tent could also serve as a rehab station so emergency workers could go in and regain health, and also have the trailer let the firefighters switch to any of the uniforms. The other trailer could deploy an extra decon tent or even a mass casualty tent, something like that. I don't know if any of this is possible I know there are lots of limitations on the trailers. Anyways, awesome mod you do great work
