    I have similarly problem. My Emergency 4 (it isn´t Em4 deluxe) can´t load any moded map. It loads only the map, which is in the basic game. For example. I have LA mod 2.1 but i can´t play with map, which is in the mod. I must overwrite maps folder from the basic Emergency 4. Please help.
