I was just on the Bluestone interactive website and they are selling EM4 In disc form and it appears it's in english! They do a horrible job of describing it though, basicaly a one page version of the games with a c*ap website video that's the mission intros with no sound. I just sent them an e-mail asking if they were selling the deluxe version, so I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'll let you know what I hear back. Firefighter111 PS: I don't expect ot hear back from them untill monday, since they are a company, so please don't fill up this topic tomorrow asking if I've heard back from them.

They're basically a mini-version of the NYPD ESU and do the same sort of things.

I wonder what he thought he was accomplishing. Did he think that the police car wouldn't go back to the police station just because he wasn't in the back seat and was hiding in the trunk. One quick thing though, the story said they started searching the area with K9. wouldn't the dogs hit upon his scent in the trunk when they got his scent out of the patrol car?

Hoppah, any chance you can get that video on you-tube when you get a chance, cause I only have a mac right now, and it's killing me that I can't watch it. Thanks. @ Mike: I think it really depends on what cab model you have on the rig. Your pics look like you guys use the 4 person model of the cab, throw a six man model cab on their, and I think you could carry seven. I'm not an expert on tillers though, so if someone else knows somthing, feel free to add it on.

A tiller only carries 7 people, just one more that the any other type of fire apparatus. and since the extra person is a driver, I doubt that hoppah will put an extra spot on the truck since you don't need drivers. And finally, though they can carry 7 people, most departments only staff them with six and then there's an empty seat in the crew portion of the cab.

I was just thinking that today too. Although it's probably easier to just put a diver in the USAR truck, then to have Hoppah right a whole new script to have them change.

LA is not in the desert, It's along the California coast. Also It has rainy seasons and dry seasons, so in some parts of the year, they average 3" of rain, and in other parts they get .28" of rain.

Quick question, I'm getting a new laptop for college soon, and I've forgoten how to put EM4 on it. I'll probably be kicking myself, but if someone can just remind me how to do it. Thanks

Hoppah, I personally think that 16tons should just hire you to develop any other game in the emergency series they make. Second, on the whole "the tiller and freeplay map will be the only new additions to 1.9" thing, I would say a whole new map and a vehicle that's been thought impossible until now is pretty good for a mod update. You are a beast Hoppah. Quick question though, what made you go with the pierce style tractor rather than the american lafrance ones which seem to be in use more in LA?

very nice, two questions though, 1) Do you hold the button down for as long as you want the siren on, or does each siren have a preset length for each time you hit the button? 2) Does the normal siren still work with this as well?

I just thought that it would be funny to have a place where e could share our stories about the stupid people in our life. I've got two. Today in Physics, it was thunder storming, and one of the girls asked what it was, even though it was pitch black outside with pouring rain and lightening. A few kids then told her it was a bunch of people on the roof with chairs sliding them around, and she believed them. Another group of kids told her it was some people laying a pipe on the roof of the school. She argued with them for a little while about how it was the people on the roof with the chairs causing the noise, but eventually she started to believe the other kids once they told her it was a pipe to run oil for next year. At the end of class, our teacher managed to convince her that whenever she goes out into the woods, she should cover herself in pineapple juice, because it's a rattlesnake repellent, and that even though tuna fish would work just well, she shouldn't use it because it will attract bears. Another day there was a field trip to the Bronx zoo, so the same girl asked our physics teacher how far away the zoo was. Now, we have all lived in a small village about an hour and a half from NYC for all of our lives, and about 50 to 60 perecent of our town works in NYC. Our teacher told her the quickest way to get there was to go through Maine, so it would only take a couple of days, or other wise it would take at least a week. She looked at him and said "I can't tell if you're being serious or not."

Does anyone know how to change the ingame music, from what it comes with to somthing you want to put in? I know where the files are, I just cant figure out how to change them. Thanks
