Hey guys, I wonder if the map roads and textures have to be downloaded or they come in the editor and to make a map what programs are recomended to make a map. I also ask you which programs are needed to make buildings. Please help me.

Not what i have stumbled across. If there were, wouldn't there be lots of downloadable maps on fansites?
So i would say that it's impossible to edit maps. Tho there are lots of car- and weapon mods. And some trainers allows you to add some "map-objects", such as skate ramps (pointless ???).

A multiplayer would be great, a player group controlling a zone of the city with police, ems and fire department; other group in other zone. Fires, traffic accidents, police chases... SOMEONE DO IT PLEASE!!!

I have Windows XP so I installed service pack 3. When I install the game the game didn´t launch because the Rockstar social club didn´t install so I opened the disk 1 (I have the original game) and manually installed the social club. Finally I played, but i had to put lower graphics cause my computer worked slow. I have avast and it works fine. I think the GTA 4 installer is a shit. I hope this help you

A gta emergency mod would be nice, there are police mods and ambulance mod, it only need firefighting mod and putting it all togheter "GTA EMERGENCY MOD" but is very improbable that someone do it.
