There was a skinning tutorial in GTAPOLICEMODS, shame that the page is down I think there was another way for reskinning in GTA IV, I think, for example, if you're going to reskin a Ford Crown model, you can take one of the files that comes in the Rar file, and open with any painting program, but not sure... What I want to know is how to reskin clothes; I export it to my computer but is in .wtd file, so I can't open it. Anyone know how to do?

Looks good the new units, but I'd say that the FBI Ford Crown's doorknob needs some work, the chrome around it is too large.

I don't think that there is blank model but you can use a econoline van from LA mod, and reskin it, changing the nose like a newer model.

Well, in GTA IV when a car mod is installed, especially SUVs and sport cars, usually dump. And for avoiding it in the vehicle mod's readme file appears some numbers that have to be replaced in the handling file of the game. So the problem starts when I'm going to change it, I open with the notepad the handling file, I replace it but when I'm going to save, the f***ing computer doesn't let me saving. And the same happens with carcols and vehicles.ide, so I want to know how to install it.
