I have another idea for another mission: there is a call for a fallen person, so you send paramedics there. The victim is died so you send the detectives there to examine it he/she has been killed. After a while another victim appeares and so, then when you have investigate all the victims, the FBI sends a report saying possible suspects, so you have to arrest (sometimes using the force or chasing) and interrogate them, and finally the FBI discovers where is the final location of the serial killer and after sending some patrol cars the situation complicate (maybe with some fallen officers) and you have to send ESU to arrest/bring down him/her (nobody knows who can be the killer...)

Missions? The steam pipe that exploded, the hurricane of the last week, hudson river's emergency landing, someone said a ferry collision, I really like that one, but the last two if you don't have choppers nor boats I don't think are possible. And invented missions: Two subway wagon that crashes, and one hangs from the elevated rails, so you have to rescue victims/attach the wagon before it falls. A fire in Central Park, it almost would be a huge forest fire. A shootout in the streets: you have to make sure the shootout place, stabilize and evacute victims, investige the place with the inspectors (FBI and so) and arrest the suspects. This one could be a freeplay mission. Edit: another one: riots.

But the traffic is going to be static in all the city or in some specific streets? You could make in places where could be problems with the traffic -like the problems of LA mod map-, or in streets where in the reality there is many traffic, like Times Square and so, and in other streets the traffic could be in movement. And then if so, for example, an especific street to the north would have static traffic and another one to the east in movement so when both street crosses there won't be any traffic problem caused by traffic lights: the lane in movement would work normally, respecting the traffic rules (would still be traffic lights controlling the traffic) and stopping for giving way to the other street's traffic ( the static one) but cause it isn't in movement it doesn't have to cross with the traffic in movement and there wouldn't be problems causing traffic collapse. So I think that also in smaller streets, where an emergency vehicle haven't got space to drive along, there should be traffic in movement. BTW, sorry for the long explanation, I still haven't got a really good english level so sometimes for me is a bit hard to explain

How about NY "the city that never sleeps" Mod About the problem of the static or on movement traffic in Times Square I think maybe it would be better static, for realism and for avoiding problems in the crossroads and junctions, and if there is any incident like any fire, for avoiding thousand of car fires and explossions, maybe these cars should be stronger.

I think Kermit has reason, another example is Vietnam, more than 60.000 american fallen, 1.000.000 of Vietnamese soldiers casualty, and these all without counting the other countries fallen soldiers, apart from more 2.500.000 civil, from all the sides and killed by both armies, and we watch movies and play video games about it, without saying nothing. But...let's back to topic. That ship looks great, nice work

Well, if you are doing for example LA mod skins it has to be in submods, if you are doing a map that can be in all the mods or the original game it has to be in mods section... Modeling? if you are doing a model, you are probably doing for a specific mod, so it goes in that mod section and if you want to share it for the other users can use it, post it in mods.
