Welcome to the forums. If you want model then you should go to the tutorial tab and go to the one thats about modeling its complicated but they explained it as simple as possible and as boy said you should post in [EN] Modding and Mod help

hmm i would suggest using firefox cause chrome would lag your laptop

you asked for mods you might want to try some mods like winterberg mod or if u like the LA mod get xplorers submod its like another mod except extra things you might want to try hamburg mod and bamberg but i dont understand how it works so try those you can find it on google if not tell me and ill give u a link

scripting is pretty hard compared to skinning and modeling so might want to try something else if u dont get it and try not to mess up ur game XD

your not helping if its with a mod try using the bomb squad they provide if they dont then do what random said and reinstall the game and uninstall the mods then reinstall everything

Hello and Welcome to the forums first of all we should get this straight that no one will make a mod for you making a mod takes lots of time and everyone is busy with their own or helping someone else you may want to trying and get a few skills and start your own mod.
