    Great work! Also i have a suggestion revolving around the tech units (after seeing how each unit was treated (Police-NYPD etc.)), it should be named after Con Ed, which basically deals with many technical issues the city deals with.

    Thanks for all your help ,but i borrowed a EM4 deluxe copy from my friend who's German, and the games in German too, where can i go to acquire an English patch. PS my friend hasn't played in years so he doesn't know
