    "FOR ATI RADEON 5 SERIES CARDS.here is what i found.i uninstalled my catalyst control centre.restarted the computer then reinstalled the ccc and all is working fine,with all graphic settings on high.

    no profile for me on my ccc.tried removing a few buildings,still didn't work

    i got windows 7 home premium intel core i5 3.4ghz 8gb ram ati radeon hd 5450 1tb and I get ctd
