Problem with fire vehcles and firefighters

Yep i tryed that it was a problem with a script making all firefighters only get fire extinguishers all fixed now -
I Have retextured some vehcles to make a channel island mod but my fire car and all the other fire units the firefighters cant get in them all the settings are right. I have also retextured 2 police vehcles which work absouloutley fine its just the fire vehcles that the firefighters wont enter when i click on a firefighter and put my pointer over the vehcle the fire extigusiher picture pops up Please Help!!!
