  3. yes, was just a misstake (false archive). The correct modversion is 2.7.1. The other one was just for a tester and contains the stuff of 2.7.1 + a bug which has been fixed at the new official version. here's a tip: -if you have no clue what the improvements are - turn on tooltips in the options. -you must buy from the top to the bottom a succesfully bought upgrade appears with a green background

The differrence between the minimod and vanilla is just that you can generate credits to buy vehicles by pressing "a" (might change that- but the freeplay in campaign annoys me). After you' ve bought all vehicles it'll go to the next mission #3 duno why it crashed but this still has to be done to solve the mission in the alps. If you play the campaign you will get stuck at the avalanche event: this is how you can solve it: open the crane from the Minimod (tech_heavycrane.json): then: replace user::LiftUpByCraneCustomCommand with em5::LiftUpByCraneCommand

Like the "Split and Exit" Button which lets a parameidc troop exists the rescue van and afterwards split them (doesnt work anymore of there is no paramedic troop inside). Like unlocking first aid, getting 10% faster units, enable policeman to extinguish and get extinguishers from police cars (+ some others) btw the cash is 1:1 the score

  10. if you deny it, you cant play new missions. As the next missing will start at the new area. You will instead only be able to play this "freeplay" mode
  11. For your first problem: -you can send vehicles which are empty However - I guess mods could help: #1 with this one the crew will automaticly enter the vehicle if you press the HQ button. For the criminal I guess he stucks in an action.   12. I got them from the "Webdisk" which is basicly a server full of vehicles and mods (where 95% are for EM4). I guess it would be wise to use models from the LA mod if possible (or some other em4 mod, where you are allowed to take models from, dont know if it is even the case for the LA mod. But the vehicle models should fit).

  17. The update 2.3 is available right now. You have to update your game to the version 2.1 before you can use it, The hotfix isnt needed anymore with the new update (but I m sure there will be soon a new hotfix which adds some of the missing icons and accitvate the floodlight equipment) important, the tiller trucks has two modes now: to trigger the manual mode (only possible when it is not deploayed) ->Numpad Comma <-> extend the support legs ->Numpad multiply and divide rotate the stage (only possible when the ladder is not crewed) ->then crew the truck with two guys ->then use the button Numpad 4-9 to control it and the mouse to start the extinguish/cool action -> undeploy it in the opposite order in case you got graphic problems like a black minimap - clear the cache @ C:\Users\Stefan\AppData\Roaming\Promotion Software GmbH\EMERGENCY 5 http://www.emergency-forum.de/filebase/index.php?entry/2514-em5-minimod-2-3-stand-juni-2016/ Have a great day, and enjoy the new patch.   18. I m waiting for the release of Patch 2.1 before releasing it as a standalone (should be in Q2 2016) which might causes some backdraws with the existing files. The last thing I've done at the crownvic was to get the traffic bar to work (even if the crownvic looks in the wrong direction when redirecting traffic and the redirect traffic isnt implented in the vanilla game) A first playable Version is included in the Minimod 2.2 where the Crownvic can be found at a Parkingplace in Berlin (but you cant order him because it would look strange^^)
  19. It's just due the fact that there are not too much modders for EM5 right now. On the english forums it is just: Ben12 who does a hiatus right now and WilliamStableford who allready works on American Vehicles. But the possibilities are really great and it is possible to even get some hardcoded things changed right now by the developpers. I 'm about finishing my Android App which allows to manually control the Ladder from Tiller Truck (as I m more into Programming)
  20. you can use everything in the campaign, however i didnt rebalanced it yet @#2 the hydraulic cylinders and pistons are the most difficult part. As you have to do some math to align them in the correct way (this is called "LookAt - Unit/Bone "). And even with the math homework done it didnt worked 100% so I used square functions to fix the angles which didnt worked too good This is the current progress: -pistons and hydraulic cylinders working -support legs work (with sound) -extending the ladder works -sound is right now undoable (if you want to control by hotkeys) idea of the steering: yes ino but I wanted to do the mandatory stuff first :). Finally I have to admit that I dont know yet how to move the guy from the ground into the seat (teleporting would work :). To install the minimod a) have you tried to follow the guide "Installation Instructions English.pdf" (Picture 2)? open modlauncher and "drag anddrop" killerconstis minimod (picture 2) and minimod_hotfix_version_2,2 (Picture 4) the stuff at Picture 3 isnt needed, it is source code for the plugins i ve written Additionally you need to overwrite the default.rml - file After unpacking “KillerConstis Minimod Container.rar” you’ll find a new EM5-folder. You have to copy and paste the EM5-folder into your -Installationpath/data“. Changing this file allowed me to include new MouseOver-Cursors. You shouldn’t need a backup. However if you really want to make a backup simply add “ _backup” to the file being replaced. This will allow you to return to the original file if for some reason this mod causes any problem. Finally the last step: Go to this location C:\Users\Stefan\AppData\Roaming\Promotion Software GmbH\EMERGENCY 5\mods (or the install direction) and replace the two dll's which you find in the minimod folder (which was created by the game when you dragged and dropped the zip files) with the ones from Screenshot 4 Here's some of the upcoming stuff: Note that the ladder can allready extend and the pistons kinda works now (95% accurate)
  22. Good job mate I also tried to make the UV map and texture EASY to understand so that people can make this texture whatever they want later when it comes to re-skinning. I know i HATE trying to figure out textures when I can't understand how the model is laid out. This argument is invalid once you get to know how to convert the models back to a format 3ds max/ blender can read ;). But a great mentallity anyway
  23. I wanted to create a k9 unit for this vehicle as well with the cage. Do you know if it is possible to mod the script for the rescue dog to act as a police dog and actually attack. If so,that would be a great feature and a lot of fun to use. should be possible by modiying the "rabid dog" or using just it's logic.
  24. Did you allready discovered Planar Mapping. It isnt perfect but the very very fast way to map your uv. The Details and the edges can be done after the Planar mapping in the normal way you do the UV
  25. Well I have to tell you that the whole project is just called "Killerconsti's Minimod" and currently in Version 2.2. Which you can download a few posts ago. First of all you need to unrar the Container file. It contains a installation instruction and a short manual in English (by William Stableford and me) and german. It is fully playable and has right now tons of features. Which are listed at the mainpost of this thread (ninja update) or at the Download Mirror #1. I offered a second Mirror to not force people to sign in into the other forum. But I wont submit my Mod at this forum as it will be regret (or simply not accepted?) like my other two attempts to offer a mod here. To Install the hotfix, you have to unrar it, then install the hotfix like a common mod and replace both of the .dll files from the minimod 2.2 with the new ones (minimod/x64/...) The only stuff that has to be done is a Voice Acting.
