ok i dont think its a chrome or IE issue, I just downloaded another RAR file from a completely different website and it worked fine.

yes i do, every file wont open due to a broken archive.

So I have tried to download the LA mod multiple times now and it will only download about 20% of the file then finish. Once it does this winrar gives me the 'unexpected end of archive' error message. It does this from every mod from ever source. Please help!
