    @Voodoo_Operator I thing if they make a map based of LA that they will close the road by accidents, working on the road or something like that And I think they have a map like LA Noire, (well I mean the size of the map)

    reinstall the LA mod? (copy all the files out of the LA map and download/install the LA mod again and copy everything where you made a copy back in the map exept the "map" folder name. I hope this will work )
