    if you make it like a moter bike, than you don't have animations like moving legs, and moving upper body...

    Horse is a dutch mod, IDK which one but a Dutch guy made it About the cyclists: You know how hard it is to make a character and the animation? Because I'm trying to make one, but I can't animate so it's really hard... I made the bike and character (well the character is done for 40%)...

    [san Diego] Paramedic('s) can call now for backup!

    San Diego- In the begin of the evening a 911 call came in that there is a fight going on, on Grand Avenue 67. The dispatcher sent quickly multiple police units to Grand Avenue 67 and one of the police units arrived within 3 minutes on the scene, shortly after that one of the police units arrived they requested backup for the man that wasn't following the orders from the officer. After a standoff from more than an hour the man graped his gun and tried to run away, one of the officers couldn't do anything else beside to shoot on him. The suspect is taken in custody after a treatment in the hospital.

    Only the one you already saw are free to download all the other stuff is in a mod, and they aren't 100% to download Or you need to makee on by yoirself, or edit the already existing one

    Looks like the New York mod. But I can't dislike this, it looks amazing

    Same overhere... But I know it's hard to almost impossible to make that. Even to add a weapon or something like this... I tried it several times but everytime my model get messed up

    ahhh, you just only need to remove the square colors (but if you do that, you must unlink everything from the vehicle, but I mean really everything) After that you need to attach everything back together and export it And no I don't speak or read any Spanish

    aaaaahhhhhhh... You need to unlink everything from the vehicles, so everything is separated than you need to delete the colors on it (like the square color things) Headlight/Window/Taillight/Door/Vehicle etc... and when you removed everything with a square color thing, than you can attach everything back and after that you can export it ^^ But it isn't easy BTW if you export it, there is no texture/skin on the vehicle You need to do that to XD

    it's alot harder to mod for GTA IV. You can begin with GTA SA, because they don't have HQ models etc...
