    yeah that's only the texture you have to add everything on the map, buildings/paths and much more! well about your question about how to do it, follow this well we also have a tutorial section where you can find even more tutorials or just youtube/google it like I did (Emergency 4 tutorial editor)

    yeah it's possible, copy the freeplay.e4m freeplay.eft and freeplay.dds to the London map but... you could have the problem of missing buildings any other question about it just ask ^^

    ahhh you mean that XD yeah new equipment don't show off in the Contained Equipment XD take a look in the LA mod and you see that they have the same options also look in the LAPoliceBarricade and the LAEquipmentCommands

    You can only use each month one skin But if this is your first time well than I have to admit it looks pretty awesome

    never say you're making a mod 10 times better... Cause when you release your submod they will look really critical to it and when they see some error/bugs or something similar they will... uhm... well they won't be that nice anymore but beside that Goodluck

    You could download Fraps, but screenshots with prntsrn work also, but sometimes it takes a black screenshot, but they you have to hot the button again Goodluck and I am really curious about your skins

    well here is my Ken County Ford Taurus It has TIR3 LED in the grill/side of the bumper and also a Code 3 TR21 lightbar Note1: The reason I made the skin is of the text on the vehicle cause I thought it would be funny Note2: This is a real paint job but it was made for the Ford Crowns as far as I know
