    I live in an area where firetrucks use red/white lights, Police Use Blue/White Ambulance/Rescue use Red/Orange/Yellow/White I opened the editor and tried getting to a point where I could just modify the color of the lights on the vehicles (Default vehicles in game). At this point that is all I want to know. I could never find a menu for the lights. Later, once I have learned more I plan on making my own models etc., but at this point all I want to do is change the color of the lights on the default vehicles. How do I so please? I have tried reading a few tutorials, but they all seemed focused on adding new vehicle models and so on, but nothing about change the light set-up on already created vehicles. Thanks for any help.

    Just a suggestion, but edit the front page (Page 1 of 37 pages) with the latest working link to the download. I found it after reading 27 or so pages, but most people will not do that. Just a suggestion.

    Which format of DDS do you save in for EM4? WIth Paint.net I get the following save options: DXT1 (with multiple alpha choices) DXT2 DXT5 ARGB (Several different ones of these) If multiple are allowed, which ones can I use in EM4 that produce the best quality?

    That's the problem you get when one person keeps all the knowledge to himself. I would love to mode EM-5/Emergency 16. sadly, there is no notes, information because the last person to mod the game didn't share any knowledge. Modding isn't about your ego, or about who is best. Modding should be the community sharing their knowledge so that people who want to take the time to mod can make the best mods we can. I might look into modding this if I can find any information as to what is required. Please, if you ever decide to mod, keep it a community effort and SHARE your work. I've made mods since the 1990's ( for multiple games, from the sims 2/3, Swat 4, Ghost Recon, Operation Flashpoint, Sports Car GT, NASCAR 2012, Janes Combat flights , Falcon 4, GTA San Andreas, GTA IV and on and on) and I never held back info. Your not going to sell your mod, you can't. So holding back info is only hurting the community and make you look like an egomaniac.
