they de-commissioned them in the 70's I believe, just look up FDNY super pumpers, at proper function they could flom 4400GPM @ 700psi, the pumper supplied a tender with a large deluge gun and 2000ft of 4" supply line that weighted 108lbs per 50ft, along with that there were 3 other satelite trucks with monitors that would hook up and fight fires as well. They were put in place as a result of some of the huge fire's of the 60'-s and 70's in new york. They basically brought a fire boat to land with the 18 cylinder diesel motor that ran the pump.

Hey guys, thanks to Hoppah's scripting the trailer mod, I was able to play around with it a bit. Some of the older guys or the more fire involved guys might remember those little gems called the FDNY super pumpers. Well I made one for my mod, this is the pump and the tender is still to come. let me know what you think would ya. And yes those really are 8 discharge lines.

Think I know what you mean, so you attach all the parts to one part(eg. main body)correct? Make sure that you name that part thats left the appropriate name (eg RW). Make sure it isn't unknown or something like that

1. the easiest thing to do with the jumpers is to copy one and then past it in the building, you don't need a trigger just paste the guy. 2. do you mean hazmat MVC? 3. no, there is no limit 4. I have some trench resuce's in my mod, (not quite as glamorous as it sounds)I have just used some of the debris objects and made the same trigger as for drowning persons just on land, it's just a spin on things.

A church fire we had a year ago went to a 4th alarm, at this point as you can see we're in defensive operations, initial attack crews were forced out due to extreme heat and fire conditions, with all that wood and stain one doesn't need to imagine how long it would take for a fire to become quite large. well could be either i guess, but I have an endless game over 430min and I haven't seen all the MVC's on it. But there are some of the ones that I have made mixed in with some of the other ones. Give it a while longer

thanks for the pick to illustrate my point, problem starts when ladder is turned, i have tried saving it modded with a different center to try and work backwards and no go. I have tried eveything possible and it does not work right.

if you want to have a car with no one in it, or an object(broken tree) u must name them CCARD(THEN ACCIDENT NUMBER) EG.CCARD33. Only 1 car can be NAMED CCAR make the other stuff (all of it) CCARD..........SAME WITH PEOPLE EJECTED NAME THEM CCARD.... IF U STILL DON'T GET IT TO WORK LET ME KNOW AND I'LL GIVE U SOME SCREEN SHOTS

Easiest way to get your floodlight prob fixed is copy the light from another vehicle (rw) add it. It will be labeled accordingly as spotlight needs to be written like that as one word. Just copy it then copy that as many times as you want. Second problem, what you have to do is get rid of the sirens in the original folder (I realize that you are adding them separate in a mod folder but the ones in the DATA folder need to be removed in order to get just the one in your mod)

One thing I have tried everyway possible and had no success was mid mount aerials anyone prove me wrong? I would be very glad if you could because the game is truly missing them

I would gladly send it but it is to big, how big of a file can you send over the internet? The only other option is making a CD for you.

It started off in reg em4 but I just transfered it over to deluxe to obtain the hazmat calls and the electrical box issues.

Some of the trucks are from the ground up and some have been modified from the original cab(I have about 25 trucks ), I have 3 maps which I have made from the ground up and 3 that I have just edited from the original maps.(Freeplay, Multiplayer and Campaign) One more in the works from the ground up. English seems alright to me

If I had more space to upload I would, I'll see if I can post a mini mod with just the trucks, I have 4 stations in that map (i'll post pics later tonight) The key to making the 4 stations seem practical is to slow down the trucks a bit so they can't get from a-b as fast. There are 7 different districts I use each has a number 1-7 followed by a station run area usually 111, 112, 113, 114. Here is district 1 and 4 stations station 111 right in the downtown core mostly high rise commercial and some high rise residential houses Rescue111 and Hazmat111 Station 112 Also in a very dense commercial area Houses Pump112 and truck112 Station 113 busiest station in District 1 low rise commercial and residential, single family dwellings and some open water. Houses Pump113, Squad113 and Fire Boat113 which also supports 112 Station 114 Mostly an industrial sector with some low income residential Pump 114 and Truck114 District 4 Station 411 mix of lowrise and high rise commercial and residential Pump411 Hazmat411 Aerial 411 Station 412 dense industrial sector with low income mid rise residential on the border Pump412 and Truck412 Station413 right smack dab in the middle of the map supports the other districts with a squad Squad413 Station 414 is made up of some commercial development buy is made up of mostly row and townhouses. The hospital is in 414's run area so not to many med runs. It also provides general alarm responses to area 413 as there is no pump in 413 as well as first alarm responses with station 415 to the merickton power facility. Pump414 Station 415 Covers the suburbs made up of residential both attached and single family. It covers a section of 4 lane highway and a gravel pit. Squad 413 runs all extrications as I am still building money to replace Pump415 with a rescue Pump415 and Truck415

I have had the same problem for over a year I have made several stand alone maps and never been able to get the mini map to work with the big map. It only works for a small area in the middle of the map correct? The only thing I could do was to place the new map over top of the already existing map floor and then just change the map.dds picture accordingly. Best I could do.
