These screen shots where made by FRAPS. I tried a video, lenght 15sec: Size 575MB. So need to figure out how to get that a bit smaller XD (if the reaction was not meant on my screen i have not said a word )

we'll love to, but i already am busy enough so i'm not touching this(no offence) love to see another mod. But building for scotland is a shitload of work already.

1. true, the dutch is relative flat. only a few city have some "high" rize buildings, and those aren't above 50 floors. 2. No ambulances are placed by district, sometime you have 3 ambulances on 4 "citties" (for instance, the Bergen op zoom EMS service, they have 3 ambulances, and have to guard, Hoogerheide, Woensdrecht, Huybergen, Ossendrecht, An off course Bergen op zoom + the highway between them and a province called "Zeeland". So some times there just aren't enough EMS services avalibol, and they need help from another dispatch area(in this case it would be "Roosendaal" (witch has 6ambulances (but the same km² to guard) 3. 4. Well you can talk about this until the sun goes down, fact is, trucks will brake down, and new equipment is brought out, i think the province/state/county/nation has some sort of line set on when the trucks needed to be replaced/updated/fixed.(same with all other EM units).

1 very true. but still( i know this happens in the dutch) If a person has need of EMS and lives in a high rise building(with is where i saw it 13/14floors up) The ems called the FD because the elevators where broken down. The 4 fire fighters carried the victim on a stretcher down. so that the EMS personnel could keep the victim alive.(just because of sheer manpower that is a +). second, Fire fighters also know first aid, and some truck have EMS equipment, as well as fire equipment. 2. thats also true, but(again) in the dutch sometimes there just aren't enough ambulance for a call. So the FD is called along with them(although very rare in the dutch as far as i know). 3. true it is smart as a person with a heart attack losses 15% of survive change per minute. 4. As said before, sometimes there just aren't enough EMS units available. the truck will were down anyways.(i can only compare with the dutch). But that was just another point on the 3 years changing of vehicles, use logic and common sense. As another argument to that, you can also say: The trucks need to be up to date(as far as possible) as fire fighting is evolving just as any other part of a department. (EMS get's upgraded with better live saving capabilities, Police cars and officers get new materials to work with to make it saver, so only logic is that the fire dep. can't stay behind. and new vehicles are needed).

now now, play nice. @CrowleyEagles82 If you really want to make a mod or see it adapted. You really need to start to learn the basics, as building one complete mod is a sh*t-load of work. once you can do something you can join a team(or form your own). you learn a lot when working in a team. But you will learn more if you start to see for your self. You can ask help when you get stuck here all the time. And you will get advice how to do it.(I've modeled over 3 years with Z modeler, and still learned a lot here when i joined a team). But you will never get somebody just to do something for you without any help. Read the tut's from hoppah, get the programs(Z modeler is free, sketch up is free(not sure there is a tut for sketch up). And just start it. Try to build a block, a circle, make some boxes, See what is troubling you, and ask about it. like i said, you learn a lot here

I really dis agree with that statement, Why, wel here we go: 1. A fire truck has a sh*tload more equipment on board then a standard ems car making them more agile to react. 2. Fire truck and firefighters can assist the ems in much better ways then a police officer(for instance) 3. (said it somewhere before) in the dutch when ever somebody has an heart attack or a stroke, 2 ambulances will be send.(1 to stabilize the other to transport the victim). 4. Firefighters would al least need once every 3 year a new truck. this is plain and simple logic heavy truck + high speeds + hot temperatures + extreme cold + mileage is just to much for any vehicle. (to much stress on the frame causing it to bend, To hot makes the metal weaker each and every time, to cold makes the metal bridal(can really brake a fire truck up) , to much mileage is killing the engine). and so on and so on. If you want to save on gases/dollars don't cut back on the FD or EMS or even the PD, they all have a good function and when talking in life or death gas/dollars should not be an issue. You guys could better save up on those H1 and H2 the military has got. or 2 presidential planes, with a squad of 16 marine helicopters to move him around(as well as the 6 limo's he has got driving). Cut back on those, and the FD would not have to fraud with numbers to gain a new truck (edit:)I vote for the FD. The most agile of them all. first aid, fires, accidents, you name it there on to it.

or modify your freeplay file: fp_params_endless.xml <BuyFactor value="10.0"/> change the lower then 10.0 to make them cheaper. anything above 10.0 makes them cost more.

So: You have .v3o files in the right folder? After starting the editor you have the right mod You make an new prototype(.e4p file) And then, you showed the .e4p file where the .v3o file is? (mod: models/vehicles/ambulance(or fire department or police or tec) (mod: models/buildings(and what ever follows) Did you press on ok after you have shown the e4p file where the .v3o file was?

Yes my 2 pc's are custom build. (one for work so i wont post that one on here) and my laptop is from acer(and thus acer build)

well you guys said that the models looked great. I dis agree on that when talking about the astra and the sprinter. so here is a remade version of the astra. (about 70% done)

That adem and jammie can't do it. does not mean nobody else can't either. Further more they did not come near the equipment the firefighter have As far as i could see on that video here, the fireman had over 8 fire hoses in to a frame(to hold them in place). now i'm no expert in the fire department equipment. But i can tell you that 4 TGL truck(you can see them on the video), with 8 fire hoses. Have a hell of a lot more power in pressure then a garden hose, or a fire hose they had access to. (edit:) and besides that. they confirmed the "myth" source

Indeed, that's why they don't have amy own armed forces. To be precise they get vehicles from country's. The armed forces are soldiers from A country(mostly of they mission area(example, the U.N. used troops from Pakistan and South Africa during the war in Somalia). The troops from the U.N. are also divided (doctors/nurses and so on)are supplied by the "red cross" Commanding officers are volunteers or from a special unit pool from a country that is part of the UN treaty. and back on topic. to buy pass you: (no offence off course)

Uhm UN is an international armed force. Not even a real military force/unit. They get their vehicles from other nations. Respray them. To go a bit deeper. The U.N. Uses military from a country. and supply the resprayed armed cars/truck/apc's/tanks. If th U.N. losses access to these nations. all they have are jeeps, ambulances, few fire trucks and troop movers. As well as a few support units(water drillers. water purification, and at the very best a few M113 A1/A2/A3's. so it is posible, the world just needs to be in in enough sh*t for other country's will drop access to the U.N. (but as a few pictures back china and/or Russia attacked obama, the world would be in deep sh*t )

If Z modeler says it's out of memory it just means: The model is to big for you ram memory. Z modeler can't do enough math work to figure out how and where to place all the polygens. Most often you will see this when you have build a model in Sketch up.(or on a pc with z modeler but more memory in it) not much you can do. But you can try: If sketchup: Size the model down by 50% Close Z modeler. Reboot. Import in Z modeler. On another pc: Continue your work there. Or scale it down. reboot. Import in Z modeler. If this all fails you can also try to place more ram memory in your pc Op zijn hollands Je krijgt deze fout omdat je computer niet voldoende geheugen heeft om te kunnen berekenen waar hij de polygens en lijnen moet zetten. Meestal krijg je deze fout als je een model hebt gemaakt met google sketch up. Je kunt proberen Met sketch up gemaakt: Het model in sketch up te verkleinen met 50% Je pc opnieuw op te starten. Gelijk Z modeler starten en het gewenste model te importeren in Z modeler. Op een andere pc gemaakt met meer geheugen: Op die computer verder werken aan je model. Of Het model op die pc verkleinen. Die doel pc(die nu de fout geeft) opnieuw opstarten. Het gewenste model importeren in Z modeler. Als alternatief, het geheugen van je pc uitbreiden(dus meer ram geheugen bij plaaten.
