Don't over react,.... A good football fight after a match has more then 200 people... And to CaptainNegatory You can't start up or command 2 events at one time. The game is random, so it will dictate when and how many events at a time. You can only steer it in the way you want to. But a riot of 200 people in a freeplay game is way to many, maby you should start with 10 people, set up a way path. the longer they walk, the bigger the crowd will become. in that way you can prepare for it, and try to stop it. How you can reach that effect i do not know. perhaps you need to rebuild the "illegal demonstration taking place" event. but i'm not sure how or in what way.

I arrest them, Because, if you shoot the "leader" And you send in ems units to safe his sorry ass. The ems guys will be targeted by the by standers. And you will have more injured people. Make a model. Import it into the editor. And see how much you have to reduce/increase them (in the game, on my screen) the models are roughly 5cm big. may differ on your screen. So the editor is really the fastest way to find out

i always place some officers around it, to stop the crowd from growing. Send in sniper, ambulance. Shoot the leader, let the few police men arrest bystanders. let the ambulance personnel take away the leader. done.
