There is a limit on it. If you put it up to high, the car won't come out.(the game thinks it is out, but it wont come out). EDIT: This is your limit: <speed value="9999999999" /> Example movie: Max speed, and to fast (Movie = 8,36MB so it might take i while to load)

Well there is a lot more to do on this truck(including the skinning and improvement of the skinning. But given time it will get there

when done with paint. save it in the way you want. .png, .img, .bmp or what ever. and open it with ps, then save it with the use of the dds plugin. and your done :-)

i used this to on Vista, Still did not got it to work. So i'm using the DDS plugin for photoshop(works fine)

you picket the wrong resolution for your game. Best to set you .cfg file back to 800x600. And then select the right resolution for your screen.

Well this is what is going wrong.(As dizza told you) Your pc has the .zip(with is an archive) set to a .doc(.txt)(witch is text). You do not rename the file. You just right click on it. Select open with: And select an archive program from your list. (Like winzip/winrar or the default windows package program). Winzip download Winrar download You extract the .zip file with winzip or winrar(or the default windows program). After that you need to go to the new map that has been made. And dubbel click the Los Angeles Mod v2.0.exe file LA mod does not uses the normal .e4mod mod installer file. But an .exe extention that will automaticly install the right files. After the instalation you need to start the game either by: Using the L.A mod 2.0.exe on your desktop(takes a while to load, and the main screen is the same, until you start a new game). Or start the game normaly and load the mod in from the "modification" option in the menu(again takes time to load in, and you only see a differance when you start a new game(or freelplay)

To a amount,...yes, but Haiti is very poor. And i'm not talking about stuf to buy or money to spend. But to get a normal meal on a plate (and don't say we have to much(witch is true)). Health-care when needed, clothes to wear. Fresh water(not talking about running water). Education.
