it is because you have disabled some of the other events. For some reason the game will stop hosting events if you disable one other event. Change all the events you disabled from this: <Enabled value="0" /> To this: <Enabled value="1" />

Don't know about the online info. But with light force... Well in some mod's you can call in by command a light force. What ever that is depends on the mod your playing. But as it states, it is a light force, and not a heavy FD for big fires and so on.

no problem essex mod works the same. only you don't get an .exe file but an .e4mod you can double click that to(will start the mod installer) Or open the mod installer and select the file.

First of all; Make sure EM4 is properly installed on your pc. (it does not say that there is something wrong with it for nothing(i suspect that you have tried to alter some XML files in the data folder). A reinstall is then your on option(reboot after the remove, and reinstall) Secondly; After the new install start the game(make sure that the error is gone). Then; Look in your EM4 game folder, and see if there is a folder called: "Mods" If there isn't one, make it, and try to install the mod then.
