You can download FRAPS HERE It's free for 30 second videos or if you buy it you can shoot longer videos. Also, ZDsoft is good but i prefer fraps. you can get it HERE -

yes....my internet is SUPER slow. ok EDIT: when i open 911 FR and click mods, it shows up as ny submod 2.3., and the picture next to it is a gree wrench. when i load it and click freeplay it just goes to the regular 911 fr map and trucks that it comes with. help!

ok, i had this troubble with the older versions too. i waiter 4 hours to download this and it says its 396 MB. well when i go to the downloads it shows its a internet file. how do i install it?!?!
