There was one on 360, unfortunately it sorta fell off of the radar. The topic should be around somewhere in the off topic section. If you find it you could ask its creator the ins and outs and start your own if you are that desperate for it.

I had an A3 print out of the new map. Hoppah provided it during the thread about v2.0 when he showed everyone the placements of the stations etc. I just copied it to word, stretched it to a3 and printed.

Good to hear Look forward to anything you do come up with soon

Glad to have been of help It is worth a try, he might not share it as his mod is unreleased, he might want to keep it to himself to give his mod a little edge on others peoples if he gets round to releasing it, but always worth a try. Good luck

I wouldn't mind that, my EM3 LA mod missions never worked for me so it'd be my first time at playing them! Haha

How's things going guys? Been quiet here for a few days

This has reminded me... In the coastal rescue mod the guy edited the emergency vehicles to follow a different path, basically right down the middle of the road. The civi cars never stoppped moving, and the emergency vehicles just drove straight through the middle of the road, it worked on roundabouts he had created as well. Might be worth you getting in touch with the mod creator and see if he's happy to pass the info along? If you search through his thread I believe there was a video at some point showing it in-game. ---------- (Apologies for the advertising of a mod, however I feel it's justified here) [Edit] Youtube link can be found on this page HERE

I'd say that was the best suggestion. If flares could be made so that you can click a Start/Finish point where they would automatically lay down enough to cover the space and make it so traffic gets diverted to a path beside it they would be worthwhile. Apart from the aesthetics, it's no different to the "Stop" command, which is 100x easier especially when it comes to picking the flares back up.

Hope you can get it sorted I've been away from my laptop recently, I normally come on here during the day at work. I should be around tonight so i'll pm you my msn when i'm on later. ---------- Just a quick one; It might be worth putting all known bugs in the first post, then writing next to them whether or not they have been fixed etc. This way you can prevent double bug reports and keep us updated on your progress in terms of fixing, just a thought

Northern Ireland Mod ( In Progress)

Oh dear How many files in total did you lose? -
Brilliant news, can't wait for the release

The same can be said for the gas explosion at the petrol garage. I find that the bushes to the left hand side of the garage across the road are on fire before I have to chance to get there. Then before I know it it's spread through the building to the other bushes and trees and makes its way to the other gas explosion area by the sports car. It's not perfect (and sice I have no modding skills) I generally get 5 or so tow trucks, and remove every other vehicle that are in the parking bays closest to the buildings. It means that by using rapid deployment you can focus your 4 firefighters on the building and then get the unit itself to aim at the car. Since Hoppah editied the length of time it takes for the car to burn it's slow enough for the truck to keep it under control while your 4 men (or women ) take care of the actual building, before you focus all of them on eliminating the danger of exploding vehicles

Damn This was really looking good. I hope that whatever is wrong can be sorted, if not, I wish the best for you guys

I like the world cup and the euro cup. I get free time off of work to watch it with a nice supply of beer and pizza. Any excuse is a good excuse!
-
It would be nice, not sure whether this has been mentioned before hand. Only problem is that if the cars do end up "crashing" it'll just be like when we first got V2.0; We'll have to shoot them, put them out, then tow them off
-
He has said all along that it was with some provisions from that mod. Remember that it's just a freeplay mod, not a campaign one
-
Brilliant. Thanks for clarifying Looking forward to the release

Good news Just so I get this right; Alpha Version basically means will have lots of bugs correct? Would you like us to report what we come across once we do have the Alpha version, or would you like us to wait until the beta to bug report?
-
Nice one I've stopped playing for the moment (mainly cause i'm at work with my laptop ) I'll have a little play through again later on. Will let you know if I get anything else. ----------------- On a sidenote, very good job. The units look great, and it's very nice to see appliances from my way in the game
-
Ok then. In answer to your question I imagine it's all to do with spawn points. If you look through the "Alteration" section of L.A mod where people have created F.B.I stations etc, you could probably ask one of them for direction or a how to guide.
-
What doesn't work exactly? Haha. Megaupload? The mod itself? More details!
-
Has Hoppah given you permission for you to use/release the map as part of your mod? Does that also mean you won't be expanding the map as you hoped?
-
I will likely just update this post; Bugs 1: Foam unit is missing model file Bug 2: No automatic siren (unless you purposefully disabled it) -------- All of the buttons are German(maybe?) I don't understand that, so some of the commands are a bit lost on me here. Are you looking to translate it in future?

Brilliant I'm at work at the moment but I'll let you know as soon as I can if I find anything
