Is the picture of the firetruck v lady on bike from google street view? haha. I would definately add that google maps/earth/street view is a huge problem in terms of security. For example, the other day for work i had to travel from Bow (East London) to Hammersmith (West London) to find a small alley which leads to one of my works depots. I simply looked on street view for the car that parked opposite the alley on google, went there the day after and found the same car and the alley right behind it. I might start looking for supercars to boost on there

I think you might be hoping for a bit much here. The closest you will come to this is if you spend your time learning to make a mod, unless you can muster up $$$$$$$$ and hire a professional game design team, pay copyrights, wages, licences etc. Either mod the game, or leave the idea.

Ami, can you spare us all an argument and quit mentioning PS2 v PS3? It has NOTHING to do with the question the thread is based on. The guy at the beginning of this just wanted an idea based on the FACTS of both consoles. I feel between me,billyfromhill & Xplorer, he can draw his own conclusion and make his decision.

Okay, thanks for the confirmations Quick suggestion - It might be worth mentioning the changes in regards to effects on older firestation scripts on the bug page before someone else mentions it

The only changes I made were the sirens and my freeplay params, i keep that in a seperate file already though for a copy/paste (I hate arson but love gas explosions )

Nah that's perfect - one of the rare times us brits get something before America Just a quick one, at some point I used a siren mod (can't remember which), when I install this will they be replaced with the original sirens from your mod?

*Seconds* Hoppah, can I suggest that for the next release you aim to notify us around 1600 GMT+0(London) time? That way I can play it straight away, rather than downloading it at work and emailing it to myself for later!

As much as people love this, I can't imagine them trailing around the net for them without a rough estimate of a release date I imagine you wouldn't have been pleased had the links all turned up here though while you were sleeping

Halla112 - Read the following I think it was pretty obvious there that no new missions are planned for v2.0 (hence my sugggestion of 'maybe v5.0') Also, thanks for getting back to me Hoppah, you'd have no need to promise anything anyway mate, you've done an outstanding job already. ^^Although an opinion, it doesn't really need to be voiced given this has nothing to do with performance. I'm a 360 owner (as stated above) and I would happily say the PS3 does have better graphics (as shown very well by billyfromhill) I would like to point out that I was a happy Sony/Playstation user until after the ps2 (not saying it was a bad console, it sits on top of my 360 as I still use it), but I pretty much looked at the prices between 360 & PS3, and as I said when it comes to it ultimately the games you want to play make the decision. I personally think you should just look at it from the point of available games. Fifa, CoD etc are available on all platforms. If you have specific preference of game style, find the console which has better games on its exclusive deals. If it's neither, use the cheaper console <---- Common sense, not a subtle advert for the 360

Looking very tidy I'll apologise firstly 'cause I don't wanna anger you here, but in future releases are you contemplating scripting out some new missions? I understand modding takes a very long time and right now the focus is units and maps, just interested was all Again, i'm not trying to bait anything out of you, just wondered if it was on the table for V5.0 (Feel free not to answer me by the way)
