Also, if your personnel exit the vehicle, just use the control panel to raise the alarm. All vehicles will be populated OR use the battalion chief to dispatch units. Either way works. Reading the user manual will show you where the control panel is and how it works

If you're referring to the incident where the USAF pilot fired upon a British convoy, then get your facts straight. The convoy had not been announced to allied troops, so when the pilot radioed in, he was told that there were no friendly forces in the area. If you REALLY want to put blame on someone, put blame on whatever Brit dropped the ball in communicating their operations with everyone else.
