  1. I do. The mod will load but will crash when I try to freeplay here is the logfile : logfile.txt
  2. I have uninstalled EVERYTHING at least 5 times. Everything runs up until I install this submod... Is anyone else having this problem?
  3. My game seems to crash when I load a freeplay
  4. This is a sample from that day. I can't seem to find the whole thing unless you wanna pay for a CD of it. The place that I got the sample from sells CD's of the entire incident
  5. I did a report back in high school on the inception of SWAT. This was one of my aids. it's form the Bank Of America shootout with Larry Philips and Emil Matasareanu. I was stunned when I first heard the fear in that dispatchers voice
  6. Meh, it's not that bad to just grab the new versions from the website
  7. I haven't had that problem. For me, they say it about 3-5 seconds after the guy's in cuffs
  8. I agree, I'm pretty good with computers, but scripting and some of the stuff they ask us to do in order to use these submods is a little much
  9. On topic (for the 15th time now!): YES! It's a great mod. Hoppah definitely set the bar when it comes to the rest of the mods. That being said, I'm curious to see what other people will do knowing that Hoppah's mod is the most detailed and popular mod available
  10. Right, like I said, When dispatch declares a TAC alert, SWAT and other units are put on high alert. I just tried to give as much info as possible. I base all of my reply on this :nohosample.mp3 At 2:00, dispatch receives an officer down transmission and declares a TAC alert, bringing SWAT, and RA's to the scene
  11. From listening to the radio transmissions, the dispatch would declare a "tac alert". This would bring all needed personnel on alert. SWAT is usually metro division, but if dispatch is talking to the SWAT supervisor, they are referred to as "10-david". That would be a lieutenant. Reporting to the LT are six sergeants, 20-david through 70-david. Something like "Central to 10-david, we have a 211(robbery) in progress, requesting metro division on scene at (insert address here) with fire and rescue staged.....etc". SWAT is also referred to as D platoon in organizational terms.
  12. That doesn't sound right.... Whenever I arrest anyone, either by drawn weapon or just going up and fighting them, I always hear the officer call the central to say that the suspect is in custody. All you have to do is find that audio and replace it. EDIT: try looking here : C:\Program Files\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Mods\Los Angeles Mod v1.9\Audio\Fx\radio the files name is pd_custody
  13. All you have to do is find the audio that says "suspect in custody" and what-not and replace it with something else. Like adding new sirens and such
  14. I'm kind of impartial about the tiller. it does look bad-ass, but I find it hard to position because of it's physics. Plus it can't install. So if you have 2nd story rescues, it's useless
  15. On topic - Is it just me, or does anyone else find the tiller to be more hassle than useful?
  16. Found that he posted somewhere else and they seem to be updated with a fixed Megaupload link; http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?showtopic=8310
  17. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Fire foir effect!!!!
  18. You gotta unpack the files, dude. I used winrar. You can get a free trail online. The two files contain all your videos
  19. OOOOHHHH..... My bad... but same concept really. Just replace the original files with the new ones. There should be no renaming needed. I have it in my game and it's pretty bad-ass, if I do say so myself
  20. Just re-name the sirens to the siren you want to replace it with. What I do, for example, is rename... say... Siren01 to Siren01 old (just in case I want it back. Then I move... let's say... the pa300 siren to the folder. Then rename it from pa300 to Siren01 viola
  21. You mistake my post. I said MOST Ambulances are part of fire dept. I understand that some ambulance services are separate, but for the most part, FD runs ambulance. Yes, I understand some areas contract out ambulances, but they often have a QRS. If that was not clear in my original post, that would be my mistake
  22. Hmmm... I haven't had a resolution problem... Care to elaborate on what happened?
  23. With respect, that link is of no relevance... Hoppah says in that post he wouldn't change STRETCHER capacity.... not patients. Patient load is what I was talking about Then why are you replying to it? With respect, if you don't care, then don't worry about it. And yes, most ambulances are a part of FD. The exceptions would be ambulance companies that do strictly transports with their ambulances.
