You must have PRO version of SketchUp and then export model as 3ds to ZModeler 2. In ZM2 yuo must do UV Mapping and export model to v3o. For import model from 3ds you must have full version of ZM2.

You have my admiration, making model cars in SketchUp, I would probably not handle. I hope that the translation is correct.
