Where can I d/l the add on with the bigger ambulance and so on?

Hello i recently downloaded 911 first responders. the game will load fine, but when I hit mods, and click on la mod it freezes than takes me back to homescreen and says em4 is not responding. I am on Windows 10, I have played this game before on this computer with a different version of Windows. any help would be greatly appreciated! Init Filesystem...
