    I tried but it doesn't work. I installed a lot of mods with the mod installer but this mod is the only what I can't some years ago. I used downloaded versions, used 911: First Responders and now Emergency 4 Deluxe from Steam.

    Hey! I bought the Emergency 4 through Steam, but I can't install the mod. The mod installer always says "Could not open source file. Aborting." What can I do?

    Hi! Where did you install the game on your computer? I had the same problem when the game was on the Driver "C". I reinstalled the game to the other driver. Now it works perfectly. Try to reinstall/unrar the mod. Are you using the London mod 1.3?
