What do you mean by import? I extracted them from the rar. And also how do you skin models?

I tried to open .v30files (from itchboys fire truck cab pack) with Blender, did not work. Tried using zmodeler, and I cant figure out how to open those files with it. Could someone please help me with this issue? And also, how do I import .v3o files from the LA mod into blender? and How do I re-skin vehicles?

Hey guys, I can't open .dds files with gimp, even though I have the plugin exe in the plugins folder and the files for the plugin apepar there too. . It sometimes opens a few, along with paintdotnet, but they dont work at all most of the time. Any good free/free trial skinning software I can use? Or is it that it isnt working because I am trying to open LA mod skins?

I'll probably be using your ambulances (ALS, BLS, and vintage), your fire engines, your battalion chief car, and maybe the brush truck and crane and a few other vehicles. And I will be temporarily be using your map, until I create my own. P.S. I am still going to read the manual to find out who the exact owners are and contact them.

The type of mod I'm thinking about creating is of the Louisville, Kentucky suburban area. We have many small departments that have anywhere from 1-9 stations, with a big Green rescue truck from one department, one department with all white vehicles, and another with all light green rigs. Go to Kentuckyfiretrucks.com, then go to photos and Jefferson County. I might not choose all the rigs, but I'll choose a lot of them.
